SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding articles onto disc mounted with possibility of rotation and having transporting surface; forming line succession of articles of architecture composition along fixed radial guide; then transferring articles by means of transferring members onto common carrier for fixing articles in respective positions on said carrier; placing over fixed radial guide additional guide with groove whose one face is inclined relative to fixed guide and whose other face is normal relative to it. Additional guide may be shifted along fixed guide.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, increased mounting speed of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
