FIELD: radioelectronic technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in small-size automatic surface-mounting devices. According to proposed method, articles from outlets of magazines are delivered by dropping onto transport surface made in form of belt and then articles are shifted into reception unit to form line train and are held until moment of taking by transfer element by means of which articles of line train are transferred for corresponding fixing on common carrier. Two or more reception units consisting, each, of fixed flat guide and movable flat guide are arranged at outlet of transport belt beyond the limits of formed line train of articles with possibility of independent displacement of movable flat guide along fixed flat guide. Fixed flat guide is orientated along formed line train. In initial positions, movable flat guides are arranged with displacement relative to each other and successively with even step corresponding to successive arrangement of transfer elements, thus forming discrete sequence of article reception channels. Articles are fed to reception units at any sequence.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of small size automatic surface-mounting devices.
