SUBSTANCE: according to method of transporting articles of different shape, articles are supplied to surface of transportation due to rejecting them onto surface of transportation followed by preliminary turning them onto surface in guides which provide one-sided orientation of rejected articles for feeding articles into line sequence forming unit. Line sequence forming unit is made in form of mutual orthogonal guides to provide individual orientation of articles to be received. One mutual orthogonal guide is orientated along line sequence set. Line sequence forming unit is made for change in position of article within interval of length of line sequence. After articles are supplied into mentioned unit due to shifting them, the articles are installed into positions which completely correspond to architectural composition of articles onto common carrier. After articles are installed they can be received by transfer element. Device for orientation articles of different shape when transporting them, line sequence forming unit is made in form of two tightly connected and mutual orthogonal plates which have thickness to be equal or shorter than height of delivered articles. Mutual orthogonal plates are connected with spring-loaded plate which is disposed in guides for shift as at one and the other direction. Linear toothed surface is made in spring-loaded plate, which toothed surface is connected with step engine. Length of the surface is equal or longer than length of shift of article at formation of architectural composition of line sequence.
EFFECT: improved reliability; higher speed parameters.
