FIELD: building, particularly pipeline building and maintenance. SUBSTANCE: device has two rigid frames abutting pipeline by lower longitudinal sides thereof, forcing belt formed as flexible panel, tanks of flexible material connected with frames and filled with ballast soil and flexible bridges arranged obliquely across to pipeline. Bridges secure frames and are connected in central parts with forcing belt. Device has transversal end walls. Tanks for ballast soil and forcing belt are formed as single panel surrounding lower longitudinal frame sides from below. Longitudinal panel sides are joined to longitudinal sides of inclined frames. Longitudinal panel dimension exceeds longitudinal frames dimensions. Frames are mountable and dismountable. Frames have transversal hold-down members. Connection between longitudinal frame sides, flexible bridges and force belt panel is carried out by means of eyes. Longitudinal end walls are fixed to flexible bridges and turned around transversal inclined frame walls from the outside. Longitudinal end walls are connected with forcing belt panel. EFFECT: increased reliability of pipeline ballasting. 9 cl, 4 dwg
