FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two closure members provided with flexible closure chambers and rod. The closure chamber of each closure member is mounted on the hollow pressure-tight flexible rod whose inner space receives interconnected vessels filled with inert gas. The ends of the rod are provided with wedging mechanism. The surface of the closure chamber is provided with sealing collars. One of the ends of the rod is provided with sail for permitting folding and unfolding. The first closure member in the pipeline is locked downstream of the section to be dismounted, and the second one is locked upstream of it.
