FIELD: special-purpose ships for rendering aid to emergency ships in open sea; transportation of various cargoes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ship has two hulls made from tires and connected in fore and aft parts by means of articulation locks. Hulls are provided with vertical tubular trunks where tackle blocks are movably mounted and are connected with pontoon deck by means of wire ropes; pontoon deck may be disconnected together with hulls. Inside hulls there are horizontal tunnels; each tunnel is provided with upper hoses and with two oil-and-chemically-resistant hoses. Tunnels are strengthened with tubes forming girder structure for imparting strength to tunnels and to hulls. Inert gas is pumped into this structure. Girder structures of separate tunnels in both hulls are interconnected forming single system; any girder structure may be disconnected from other structures.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of rescue under any weather conditions.
