FIELD: thermal power stations and boiler plants.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for water decarbonization includes desorption of carbon dioxide from water when water under treatment and atmospheric air supplied to decarbonizer are brought in contact; flowrate of atmospheric air supplied to decarbonizer is regulated by maintaining desired concentration of free carbon dioxide in decarbonized water and by controlling temperature of water under treatment, atmospheric air flow being first regulated by controlling temperature of water under treatment, and then it is corrected by residual content of carbon dioxide.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of automatic decarbonization process control.
