FIELD: water decarbonization for thermal power stations and boiler plants.

SUBSTANCE: proposed water decarbonization process includes carbon dioxide desorption from water brought in contact with atmospheric air in decarbonizer; flowrate of atmospheric air supplied to decarbonizer is controlled by desired concentration of free carbon dioxide in decarbonized water and by desired concentration of free carbon dioxide in water under treatment; flowrate of atmospheric air is regulated first by concentration of free carbon dioxide in water under treatment and then it is corrected by residual content of free carbon dioxide in decarbonized water.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of automatic control process.
