FIELD: laying of cable lines.

The invention offers a magnetic clutch positioned between the cable to be laid and the pulling rope, the clutch is uncoupled at cable pulling with a definite force (which should not exceed the allowable force preset by the cable Manufacturer).
EFFECT: prevented damage of cables.
