FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing patient in lying position on healthy side at an angle of 70° to horizontal table plane. Foley catheter with cut-off end is introduced into lumbar wound, obturating collar is pumped and 150 ml of officinal methylene blue solution is introduced. The solution being found in colon lumen or paracolitic hematoma, extraperitoneal colon segment injury is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high accuracy of early stage diagnosis.
