FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to emergency surgery, can be used in repair of complete transverse pancreatic ruptures and wounds. If the wound or rupture is localised to the left from the interface of left and middle one-third of pancreas, pancreatic duct of left pancreas is occluded with a cryodestruction device. Pancreatic duct of right pancreas is drained through parietal jejunostoma distanced 60 cm from Treitz-Band. The distal end of the duct is tied up. Pancreas surface is treated with the cryodestruction device. If the wound or rupture is localised to the right from the interface of left and middle one-third of pancreas, main duct of right and left pancreas are drained through parietal jejunostoma. Walls of pancreatic wound canal are treated with the cryodestruction device.
EFFECT: method allows maintaining endocrine function of pancreas, performing one-stage surgery, preventing severe complications including traumatic omentobursitis, peritonitis and retroperitoneal phlegmon.
