FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with endobronchial treatment of bronchi, moreover, in case of complete bronchial obturation, as well. The innovation deals with laser impulse impact upon obturation area, moreover, it is suggested to perform contact impact upon bronchus-obturating tissue with holmium laser, moreover, one should affect successively from proximal part of obturation up to distal part with the route into bronchial lumen behind obturation in case of linear type of light guide's movement, and in reverse direction it is necessary to perform spiral rotation of light guide. Laser impact should be fulfilled at wave length being 2.09 mcm, 16-30 W, by series per 20-40 impulses. Simultaneously with the course of laser impact it is necessary to conduct NO-therapy for the channel developed due to laser impact in obturated bronchus for 1-1.5 min. Course lasts for 3-7 impacts. The innovation enables to remove tissue edema quickly in the site of developed bronchial channel and restore bronchial lumen. Spiral impact upon cicatrix enables to avoid bronchial perforation, increases the area of developed channel without developing bronchial deformation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
