FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to otorhinolaryngology and can be used for non-invasive surgical treatment of rhinites. A light guide is entered into the general nasal course; advance it in a cavity till the end of the bottom nasal concha. The light guide is taken to the first line of the bottom nasal concha creating thus pieces of laser influence. The mucous surface is influenced with radiation of the laser, with wavelength of 0.53 microns, impulses with frequency of 1-2 Hz, energy in impulse of 0.5-3 J. The laser light guide is taken with rate of 5-10 mm/sec, creating intervals of impulses consisting of 3-8 points of coagulation with distances between points of 1-2 mm. Depending on degree of a hypertrophy of a nasal concha 1-5 such pieces are formed.
EFFECT: way reduces traumatism of treatment at the expense of a non-invasive destruction, allows avoiding thermal damage and development of reciprocal inflammatory reaction.
