SUBSTANCE: electric pulses and mechanical vibrations are applied to skin under control. Electric pulses are applied to skin by means of electrode matrix disposed onto vibration head. Mechanical vibrations are applied to skin by means of vibration head. Electric and mechanic vibrations are (oscillations) have mainly the same frequency and phase. Device allows keeping skin transpiration at high level in such way that skin could absorb gel, fluid, lotion or cream applied onto skin before to provide moisturizing.
