FIELD: machine engineering, possibly dismounting of building constructions.

SUBSTANCE: tool includes hydraulic cylinder in the form of cylindrical housing and piston arranged in it; return spring mechanism, working organ whose fixed part is secured to cylindrical housing and whose movable part is mechanically coupled with piston; hydraulic pump with vessel for hydraulic liquid. Return spring mechanism is in the form of tension spring placed inside hollow piston with possibility of tensioning at working stroke of piston and becoming in neutral state when piston returns to working position. Stationary and movable parts of working organ are in the form of massive shaped foots; stationary part is secured to end of piston. Hydraulic pump with vessel for hydraulic liquid is mounted outside cylindrical housing and it is communicated with working cavity of hydraulic cylinder through valve of quick-release joint. Said valve includes union and it is placed in plug of cylindrical housing. Working portions of massive shaped foots may have turnings corresponding to contour of outer hinges of building structures. Said working portion may be in the form of wedge according to narrow ports of building structures.

EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency, reduced size and mass of manual tool.
