FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway platform bodies designed for carrying long-length loads. Proposed multifunction railway platform body has carrying frame 1 mounted on running bogies and provided with end face walls, intermediate sections distributed over length with working surface for stowing pipes, support for fitting containers and supports 15 for placing rolled sheets made for setting said supports in working or initial positions, and set of pipe fastening devices. Working surfaces of support for contact with load in their operating positions are arranged in one plane whose level is higher than working surface of cradles for stowing pipes, and in initial position all members of supports are arranged in spaces between load-bearing set of carrying frame lower than working surface of cradles for stowing pipes. Supports for rolled sheets are made flat, being arranged over length at edge of carrying frame of platform body and are furnished with limiting stop on side of support pointed to edge of platform body.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of carriage.
