FIELD: wine making industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing wine drink involves blending wine material with white, pink or red grape juice of the grade "PINO" in the ratio 80-90 vol.% of juice and 10-20% of grape wine material. The prepared blend is alcoholized with cognac alcohol or cognac up to the alcohol content 14-25 vol.% and kept in the presence of oak wood for 6 months, not less. Invention provides improving the quality of drink and elevates its testing score from 8.81 to 9.34.
EFFECT: improved producing method, enhanced quality of drink.
