FIELD: wine making industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of dessert drink involves blending white, pink or red grape juice of the grade "PINO" with cognac alcohol or cognac up to the alcohol content 14-25 vol.% and the blend is kept in the presence of oak wood for 6 months. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices and elevating the testing score from 8.83 to 9.34.
EFFECT: improved producing method.
