SUBSTANCE: combination includes key for lock opening having mechanical blocking code and electronic code storage means, which stores and transmits electronic code to the lock. The lock also has rotary lock cylinder, blocking means installed in lock body and adapted to prevent lock cylinder rotation relatively lock body. The blocking means may be rotated in released position by means of the lock. Combination includes at least one specially adapted blocking disc not connected to key and used to transmit mechanical force, identification and adjusting means to receive and identify electronic code transmitted from the key and electric executive means with coupling means. If true code is input the identification and adjusting means provide actuation of above electric executive means to direct the coupling means in its connective position. The coupling means includes rotary coupling member formed to cooperate with guiding groove made is the specially adapted blocking disc. The guiding groove has guiding surface. The coupling member installed in its connective position may act upon the guiding surface and facilitates the specially adapted blocking disc rotation as a result of key rotation in the lock.
