FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of operation of gas-air conduit of internal combustion engine. According to proposed method of control of operation of gas-air conduit, air, after cleaning in air cleaner, passes through air flow rate meter into throttle branch pipe which accommodates throttle valve changing total amount of air delivered into engine. Air delivery into cylinders is carried out individually by means of additional throttle valves. Fuel delivery is corrected separately by each nozzle in case of deviation of composition of mixture in either cylinder from optimum value owing to deviations of fuel delivery by nozzle basing on information from free oxygen pickup, and by command from controller, individual servodrive provides turning of additional throttle valve through required value.

EFFECT: reduced toxicity of exhaust gases and fuel consumption of multicylinder internal combustion piston engine.
