FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsion engineering and can be used in gas engine control system to eliminate detonation phenomena in engine. Essence of invention consists in fact that according to signals from knock sensors, installed for each cylinder of multi-cylinder engine, having turbocharger, through which air is supplied to engine, air damper, controlling amount of supplied air by signal from free oxygen concentration sensor in exhaust gases, individual gas-distributing valves for each cylinder, controlling flow of fuel gas supplied to each cylinder of engine, to avoid detonation combustion processes to reduce amount of fuel gas supplied to detonating cylinder, until disappearance of detonation with subsequent recovery to a given value at current engine speed in order to reduce heating of walls of combustion chamber and departure from processes of detonation combustion caused by glow ignition.
EFFECT: technical result is avoiding detonation phenomena by changing composition of fuel-air mixture individually for each cylinder at occurrence of detonation, improvement of fuel efficiency and ecological parameters of engine due to reduction of concentration of toxic substances, mainly nitrogen oxides, in combustion products.
