FIELD: burner devices, applicable in furnaces of boiler units and other thermal power plants operating on pulverized fuel.
SUBSTANCE: the coal-dust burner has a duct for dust transporting, as well as a duct for the transporting material that is provided with an ejector. The burner has an additional ejector made in the form of minimum two tapered sleeves built in one another with a gap for air delivery and fastened in a pipe. The pipe body in the point of connection of the sleeves is perforated. Minimum one opening is, made in the pipe for passage of coal dust, and a nozzle is made at the outlet of the transporting material with coal dust. A swirler is positioned in the nozzle, it is made in the form of a cone with spiral loops fastened on it. The cone is installed in the nozzle with a gap, and the cone shape corresponds to the nozzle shape.
EFFECT: improved agitation of dust with air, which considerable enhances the combustibility of dust, burner efficiency and protection of environment.
