FIELD: experimental aerodynamics, possible use for researching characteristics of aircrafts.

SUBSTANCE: heating of working gas in closed volume is performed by means of resistive heater, after which it is forced out at constant braking parameters through aerodynamic nozzle. Device has pressure multiplier with heater in small cylinder, launching device and aerodynamic nozzle. In small cylinder of multiplier elements for heat protection of multiplier parts are positioned. Heater is made in form of a resistive element. In device variants between pressure multiplier and launching device a choke is mounted.

EFFECT: increased source volume of working gas, more than tenfold, increased duration of working mode or working flow diameter, and also simplified construction of device and decreased pollution levels of working gas.
