FIELD: metallurgy, possible use for construction and operation of electrodes.
SUBSTANCE: onto slide-sector nipple is positioned(connecting or transporting), sent inside the socket, thread is engaged by screwing, in upper segment of nipple socket by combined turn of slide sector and nipple for 180° threaded connection is transferred downwards, from upwards slide sector is freed, nipple is screwed in until stop in nipple socket.
EFFECT: prevented possible damage to thread on nipple and nipple socket, improved operation of electrodes at no additional material and/or time costs.
