SUBSTANCE: the innovation could be applied at treating chronic hemorrhoid. At hemorrhoid traction one should make two semi-oval inter-linked mucosal incisions from inside outwards. Moreover, one should leave a space against hemorrhoid foundation being 0.5-0.7 cm, isolate vascular pedicle in submucosal space, suture and tighten hemorrhoid pedicle, dissect hemorrhoid against the pedicle, suture the wound with the same ligature, apply submucosal sutures at 5-7 mm pace, not more, capture wound's bottom by starting with its proximal angle. In case of hemorrhoids it is necessary to continue the dissection of anal skin part and perianal skin, dissect hemorrhoids, suture in the wound with the same ligature and apply intracutaneous sutures by capturing the wound's bottom.
