FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: delete the basic and satellite hemorrhoidal boluses. Put in stitches on proctal wounds. Thus the satellite hemorrhoidal boluses delete submucosal with a part of the hypertrophied cavernous tissue. To do that, mobilise mucosa from a proctal wound over a projection of satellite bolus. Ruffle excess of cutaneomucosal edges of proctal wounds, imposing goffering sutures. Stick needles at the basis of a stump of a leg of the basic hemorrhoidal bolus from a proctal wound from within outside. Then pass the needle to the wound opposite edge. Stick outside in inside of the wound. Carry out not less than two stitches on distance of 0.5 cm one from another. Pull together and fasten the ligature extremities. Perform deligation at a stump of each basic hemorrhoidal bolus.

EFFECT: prevention of occurrence of a cicatrical stricture of the anal canal and insufficiency of a sphincter ani externum at the expense of conservation of wide dermo-mucous ponticuluses of the anal canal.
