SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to proctology. Ligation of the terminal branches of the superior rectal artery feeding the internal hemorrhoids is performed. Eight-shaped ligature is carried out with vicryl in the submucosal layer around the vascular bundle of the hemorrhoidal node leg. Having departed 0.3 cm from the imposed ligature with two semi-oval incisions, the mucous membrane is cut over the hemorrhoidal node and, together with the submucous layer, it is separated to the base of the node and cut from the inside to the outside. Hemostasis is performed using point laser coagulation using an end light guide at a radiation power of 12-15 W. In the proximal corner, the wound is sutured behind the submucosal layer with an interrupted vicryl suture. A continuous suture is applied, capturing the submucosal layer and the bottom of the wound as a cosmetic suture. The suture is tightened until the mucous edges touch and the thread is tied in the distal corner of the wound with a loop knot.

EFFECT: method allows increasing the efficiency of treatment of acute hemorrhoids, to reduce the risk of postoperative complications, such as bleeding, suture divergence, purulent-inflammatory processes and strictures of the anal canal, to reduce the length of hospital stay.
