FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: anal canal is dilated by means of a rectal speculum. A rectal mucosa is treated with a disinfectant. The mucosa gets dried. 0.25% Novocain is administered submucosally into a haemorrhoid to be removed. An internal haemorrhoid is grasped and brought outside. The 8-figure suture is applied on a vascular pedicle. The anal mucosa is excised twice from the vascular pedicle towards the perianal skin. A triangular flap is formed. The flap is separated from the haemorrhoid towards a triangular base. The haemorrhoid is separated from surrounding tissues and removed. A suture used to ligature a haemorrhoid pedicle; the triangular flap is sutured throughout at an apex. The flap is placed back. interrupted sutures are applied on the flap edges.
EFFECT: preventing the postoperative stenosis of the anal canal mucosa, preserving the anal mucosa, reducing the length of the postoperative period.
