FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has casing and tube for supplying liquid as working member bent at an obtuse angle. Distal rectilinear segment of the curved tube is 12 mm long. Straight tube of twice as large diameter is rigidly attached to the curved tube along the rectilinear segment. One of straight tube ends does not reach the distal end of the first tube being 2.7-3.0 mm far from it. The second straight tube end projects 2 mm beyond the rectilinear segment of the curved tube. The line the tubes make contact on and their axes belong to the same plane arranged in perpendicular to cannula curvature plane. External diameter sum of the tubes is ratable to micro-incision length.

EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications; accelerated operation process.
