FIELD: medical equipment; syringes.

SUBSTANCE: syringe is proposed which can be used for presetting dose of element by turn. Injection button of syringe goes from end of syringe up to distance being proportional to preset dose. Preset dose can be injected by pressing on injection button till it gets it down position. Injection unit has case, nut and dose presetting drum. Case has rod of piston with first pitch thread made to have no ability of turning but with ability of directed motion at longitudinal direction. Nut which engages thread of piston's rod, is made for screw motion along thread rod of piston from specified location inside the case to preset the dose and for press back into specified position by shifting piston's rod to make preset dose injection. Dose presetting drum is made for screw motion at external direction inside case along second-pitch thread which is longer than first mentioned pitch. Removable mounting is provided which connects dose presetting drum with injection button till mentioned button turns and goes up from end of case during presetting of dose. The mounting also provides disconnection of dose presetting drum from injection button when the button is pressed down to make injection. There is regulator between injection button and nut. Regulator has gear-wheels and racks being constantly engaged. Regulator is made for transmission of turn if injection button directly to nut and for transmission of axial movement of injection button relatively case to nut with transmission number which corresponds to relation of first and second pitches.
