FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has piston with stem, which applies pressing force to piston causing it to extend into cylindrical ampoule. Dose is set by rotating second part of piston stem with respect to first part. Said parts are connected through thread. Total length of piston stem is increasing in proportion with angle of rotation and top end of pin on second part of piston is retracted from stop position fixed with respect to casing. Set dose is introduced upon displacement of said pin back to fixed position. First part may be moved in axial plane without rotation in casing and second part may be rotated upon axial displacement. First part is maintained in contact with piston and second part is rotatively coupled to dose setting drum. Injection button is movable between extended position and completely pressed initial position. Injection button has members acting upon second part to push it to stop position. Apparatus has reduced length. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced dimensions of dosing apparatus. 6 cl, 8 dwg
