FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely shape bending tools for making tubes with inner folded seam used as carrying supports of sliding ledges.
SUBSTANCE: mandrel includes working rod with stem. Said rod has front shaping portion for forming non-closed tube before crimping and sizing portions with eccentrically arranged relative to mandrel axis crimping and spacing-drawing rollers for crimping folded seam in rolls of stand of shape bending mill. Mandrel is provided with guiding rollers. Working rod has other sizing portion. Both sizing portions of rod are formed in zones of engagement of rolls of last-but-one and last stands. Front shaping portion of working rod has members for fixing complex butt of folded seam relative to axis of tube and it also has guiding and spacing-drawing rollers. Guiding and spacing-drawing rollers are arranged between crimping rollers. Guiding roller is mounted in front of each crimping roller.
EFFECT: possibility for shaping tube with inner folded seam, improved roundness of cylindrical tube along folded seam, highly reliable folded seam formed by means of rotary tool with less energy consumption.
