FIELD: construction materials industry; devices for production of products made out of the highly-filled polymeric compositions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for manufacture of products made out of the highly-filled polymeric compositions and may be used in the construction materials industry, in particular, as the squeezer for plastic molding of the highly-filled polymeric compositions by the method of extrusion. The device contains: a material cylinder installed on a frame with a worm drive and a loading hopper, a cone-shaped molding head stationary fixed on an outlet f the material cylinder; electric heaters embracing the material cylinder between the loading hopper and the molding head; a screw-type mixer with a receiving hopper-batcher hermetically linked with the loading hopper. Coaxially to the molding head there is a mounted calibrating nozzle made in the form of two hermetically connected to each other coaxial cylinders and supplied with a header for feeding of a lubricating emulsion. The calibrating nozzle is rigidly connected to the cooling nozzle containing in series linked sections made in the form of the hollow tanks supplied with a header for delivery of the cooling liquid and the hole for its drain. The temperature of the cooling liquid in each section is reduced, as compared with the temperature of the previous section along the run of the product. The calibrating nozzle is made perforated with holes in the interior cylinder along whole length of the nozzle. The cooling nozzle is supplied with the cone-shaped pipe passing through the all sections of the nozzle and hermetically connected with the calibrating perforated nozzle. The cross-section of the cone-shaped pipe meets the cross-section of the calibrating perforated nozzle and is decreasing proportionally to the reduction of the area of the cross-section of the cone-shaped pipe in such a manner that the area of the cross-section of the of the cone-shaped pipe at the outlet of the cooling nozzle is equal to (0.89-0.99) of the sectional areas at the inlet. In the cooling nozzle between the cooling sections embracing the cone-shaped pipe there is a layer made out of heat insulating material. The invention allows to improve the quality of the finished products and to produce products without a complementary final squeezing.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improve quality of the finished products and manufacture of the products without a complementary final squeezing.
