FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, petroleum chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the alkylation reaction of substrate with alkylating agent in the presence of a solid catalyst. The reaction effluent is formed in the alkylation reactor and hydrogen-containing regeneration effluent is formed in zone of regeneration of catalyst. Effluent of the alkylation reaction is fed to zone of fractionation of alkylate while the regeneration effluent is fed to zone of fractionation of hydrogen for aim to remove hydrogen and to obtain hydrogen-depleted flow that is fed to zone of fractionation of alkylate. Proposed method involves recirculation of hydrogen and provides possibility for recirculation of halogen-containing compounds, and prevents mixing hydrogen with alkylating agent. Invention provides decrease of investment and exploitation consumptions for regeneration of catalyst.
EFFECT: improved alkylating method.
