FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for alkylation of hydrocarbons, in which initial material containing an alkylated organic compound reacts with an alkylating agent to form alkylated gasoline, in the presence of a catalyst. The alkylated organic compound is isoalkane containing from 4 to 10 carbon atoms, and the alkylating agent is olefin containing from 2 to 10 carbon atoms. The catalyst contains a hydrogenating functional component and a solid acid component, where initial material is processed under processing conditions that lead to higher amount of the formed C9+ fraction of a product than processing conditions optimized for gasoline production, including the following condition a) and/or b): a) where initial material is processed at a weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) of olefin, which is more than 100% of a weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) used for the production of gasoline only; b) where a ratio of isoparaffins to olefins (hereinafter – I/O) for combined initial olefin and recycled isoparaffin (hereinafter – I/O external) is less than 100% of I/O external for the production of gasoline only. Moreover, the amount of jointly produced C9+ fraction is higher than 15% by wt. of the amount of produced alkylated gasoline.
EFFECT: production of jointly valuable light distillate of kerosene along with high-quality alkylated gasoline without the joint production of waste in the form of acid-soluble oil (ASO) and/or heavy distillate of low value.
