FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed engine consists of outer and inner rings forming working volume between their curvilinear surfaces. Peripheral faces of rotor-piston made in form of plate with shaft move along said surfaces. Planet pinion coupled with fixed central wheel is installed on shaft, and carrier is secured on power takeoff shaft. According to invention, valve with flat designed for isolation of working volumes and passing of rotor-piston along flat is arranged in place of mating of working volumes. Side wall is provided with holes to let outlet shaft of valve on which gear is installed being in engagement with gear of power takeoff shaft. Valve which separates compression and expansion spaces has combustion chamber, and piston is rectangular section plate. Side cover consists of fixed disk and ring between which movable ring with holes for rotor-piston shaft is installed.
EFFECT: increased specific power of engine.
