FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas turbocompressors and, particularly, to system delivering starting gas to turbo-expanders of gas-turbine engines. According to invention, in system delivering starting gas to turbo-expander of gas-turbine engine containing starting gas main line, shutoff, shutoff-regulating and safety valves, filter unit, valve control unit, automatic control system and pressure transmitters, swirl gas expander (Rank-Hilsh pipe) is installed in starting gas main line between shutoff-regulating valve and turbo-expander, input of gas expander being connected with output of shutoff-regulating valve, "hot" output of expander is connected with input of turbo-expander, "cold" output of expander being connected with gas bleeder and compressed air main line is passed along axis of expander, being connected by one end with cycle compressor delivery side and by other one, with its suction side.
EFFECT: increased reliability and economy of gas-turbine engines by increasing reliability and economy of system delivering starting gas to turbo-expanders.
