FIELD: turbine and compressor engineering. SUBSTANCE: locking and regulating valve has body, locking plunger, electromagnet, power spring, lead screw, sliding nut, and electric engine. Power spring arranged inside electromagnet casing rests with its one end upon sliding nut made integral with electromagnet casing or rigidly connected to it and with its other end upon electromagnet armature through locking plunger stem so that they may move one relative to another. When electromagnet is switched off and valve is closed, power spring force on locking plunger is increased. Valve of such construction is used for supplying gas, in particular, for turbine engine regulation system. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, precise and fast operation. 1 dwg
