FIELD: technologies for measuring dynamic parameters of object, possible use in various engineering solutions, including building and construction problems dealing with studying vibrations, deformational characteristics of soils, subsidence of constructions.
SUBSTANCE: method includes scanning surface of object by lighting beam around circle of given radius, dissipated emission is received in four points, positioned in angles of a square of certain dimensions, sides of which are directed along coordinates axes in plane perpendicular to axis of lighting beam, realizations of received signals are generated, synchronized with spot rotation, value of delay between received signals at each rotation period is utilized to determine two projections of object speed vector.
EFFECT: possible determining of two projections of speed vector at each period of spot rotation during random movement of object, expanded measuring range in shifting area, decreased distances between receivers, receipt of information even when object remains stationary.
