FIELD: receiving digital signals transferred by relative phase modulation method; demodulators.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes evaluation of instant value of part of noise at correlator signal multiplier output by signal differentiation and division into two branches: (1) signal delayed for transient time period; (2) undelayed signal; take-off of readings in branches by end of transient process in undelayed branch; linear interpolation of values between readings and subtraction of calculated instant values of noise from additive signal-and-noise mixture.
EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity in relative phase modulated signal demodulation, reduced mean noise level at correlator integrator input.
