SUBSTANCE: working organ includes in addition rotary boom, carriage, disc, hyperboloid torsion member, elastic rubber members, fixed strut, frictional wedge members, electromagnet, armature, lids, rigid connection links, safety spring, screw. Driven link is rigidly secured to hyperboloid torsion with possibility of transmitting rotation and oscillations in vertical plane to smoothing disc through rigid connection links compressing safety spring adjusted by means of said screw.
EFFECT: possibility for high-quality working of rigid concrete surfaces, lowered metal and power consumption.
