FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be recommended for high-quality machining of nonsolidified concrete surfaces of reinforced concrete articles formed from rigid concrete mixture with preparation of required class of roughness on face surface. Working tool of proposed machine produces vibrations in plane parallel to smoothed surface and directed at various angles relative to direction of its movement thanks to employment of inertial pulse mechanism set in motion by motor whose vertical driving shaft carries impulsator with satellites attached to it. Weight is put on one of them. Satellites rotate around gear on reactor. Upper fixture connects reactor with driven flywheel in positive phase of cycle. Lower fixture sends negative pulse of moment to driven shaft via gear transmission which turns through bigger or smaller angle in this case and disc executes pulse vibrations.
