SUBSTANCE: smoothing disk performs complex rotary and oscillating motion and pulse oscillations in horizontal plane due to inertial pulse mechanism driven by motor whose vertical drive shaft carries driven member connected with coaxial disk by means of flexible members and cross-piece; disk holds satellites with unbalanced weight for rotation around gear, thus causing pulse oscillations of shaft in horizontal plane; smoothing disk is fitted at the end of this shaft.
