FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, engine construction.
SUBSTANCE: fuel injection nozzle for fuel valve designed for fuel injection systems adapted for internal combustion engines has coil, anchor loaded with return spring acting in closing direction, and needle connected to anchor and adapted for actuation of locking member, which is cooperating with seat contact surface for defining tight seating area. On displacement of anchor its surface facing nozzle inlet side abuts against internal pole. Anchor surface facing inlet side of nozzle is equipped with throttling portion defined by annular stepped protrusion provided on anchor surface facing nozzle inlet side and/or on nozzle outlet side of internal pole surface defining abutment surface for anchor.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by utilizing hydraulic force for reducing nozzle closing time and improved conditions for collision of anchor against abutment surface.
