ADJUSTABLE AXIAL-PISTON MACHINE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC F04B1/30

Abstract RU 2300017 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to axial-piston machines with variable displacement. Proposed adjustable machine contains pumping unit and adjusting mechanism including differential control piston installed in housing of adjusting mechanism and mechanically coupled with pumping unit by pin. Rod space is formed between end face surface of control piston of smaller diameter and housing of adjusting mechanism. Piston space is formed between end face surface of control piston of larger diameter and housing of adjusting mechanism. Machine has double-arm lever installed in housing of adjusting mechanism, hydraulic distributor designed to control pressure in piston space and containing spool installed in pin for longitudinal displacement. Lever is installed for engagement through first arm with spool of hydraulic distributor, and through other arm, with lever position control member. Machine is furnished with two valve units installed in adjusting mechanism housing. Each unit contains safety valve and check valve arranged in unit housing. Two holes are made in adjusting mechanism housing to provide let in/let out of working medium to pumping unit. First channel and second channel are made in housing of adjusting mechanism. Inlet of check valve of first unit of valves is connected with first hole to let medium in/out. Outlet of check valve of first unit is connected with first channel. Inlet of safety valve of first unit is connected with first channel, and outlet of safety valve of first unit is connected with first hole to let working medium in/out. Inlet of check valve of second unit of valves is connected with second hole to let working medium in/out, and outlet of check valve of second unit is connected with second channel. Inlet of safety valve of second unit is connected with second channel, and outlet of safety valve of second unit is connected with second hole to let working medium in/out. First and second channels are connected with rod space. Hydraulic distributor is made to connect rod and piston spaces through hydraulic distributor by means of channels made in control piston and pin.

EFFECT: reduced specific mass and overall dimensions.
