FIELD: displacement hydraulic drives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic motors with adjustable displacement. Proposed adjustable-displacement axial-piston hydraulic machine has housing, shaft with flange installed on bearings in hydraulic machine housing, rotating cylinder block with pistons hinge-connected with shaft flange, distributor interacting with cylinder block. Distributor is installed in housing for shifting along surface of rotation. Differential piston interacts with distributor by means of pin accommodating spool resting on arm of bell crank. Opposite arm of bell crank is spring-loaded. Axis of rotation of bell crank is arranged in zone of maximum volume of hydraulic machine so that at increase of working volume of hydraulic machine, i.e. at increase of angle of tiling of cylinder block, distance form axis of spool to axis of rotation of bell crank decreases. Control plunger installed between spring and bell crank rests on bell crank through step bearing provided with hole and communicating with hole in plunger which communicates with chamber into which liquid is pressure fed.
EFFECT: improved response and increased efficiency of hydraulic machine used in transmissions owing to provision of displacement-pressure hyperbolic relationship.
