GEAR-TYPE HYDRAULIC MACHINE Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC F04C2/08 

FIELD: hydraulic machines for hydraulic systems of tractors, excavators, agricultural and road-building machines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed gear-type hydraulic machine has drive and driven gears of external engagement whose trunnions are located in radially and axially movable bearing bodies. Gears and bearing bodies are mounted in inner chamber of hydraulic machine formed by intersecting cylindrical holes. On one side of gears and on rear surfaces of bearing bodies seal is mounted; seals of figure-eight shape are located on their external perimeter in grooves near and in parallel with side surfaces of gears. Additional seals of figure-eight shape are located on bottom of grooves forming two ring-shaped parts of circular passages communicated with outlet passage of hydraulic machine.

EFFECT: enhanced operational stability of hydraulic machine.
