SUBSTANCE: method involves determining water contents in cadaver muscle tissue not exposed to open fire action, muscle tissue mass before and after drying and antemortem ethanol concentration from formula AMEC = PVC*100%/(100%-(CTWC-M2*100%/M1)*K), where AMEC is the antemortem ethanol concentration in ‰; PVC is the postvital ethanol concentration in ‰; CTWC is the cadaver muscle tissue water contents in ‰; M2 is the muscle tissue mass after drying in mg; M1 is the muscle tissue mass before drying in mg; K is the coefficient equal to 2.11.
EFFECT: high accuracy of the method.
