FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a composition for repair, fixation of biological tissues, which includes solution No. 1 and solution No. 2, wherein solution No. 1 consists of: 200 ml of 33% acetic acid, 200 ml of 99.8% isopropyl alcohol, the rest up to 1,000 ml of distilled water, and solution No. 2 consists of: 200 ml of 33% acetic acid, 200 ml of 99.8% isopropyl alcohol, 100 ml of 30–40% hydrogen peroxide, the rest up to 1,000 ml of distilled water, also relates to a method for recovery, fixation of biological tissues using a composition, it involves sequential maintenance of biological tissue for 3–4 days in solution No. 1, then for 1–2 days in solution No. 2 and further drying of biological tissue at room temperature for 1 hour.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the creation of a method and a composition which increase the quality and efficiency of recovery, fixation of biological tissues, including mummified or altered by putrefactive processes.
