FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out biochemical monitoring of calcium level in cerebrospinal fluid before and after chemotherapy on auto liquor in addition to instrumental and laboratory studies in postoperative period. Calcium content being equal to 1.1-1.2 mmole/l before chemotherapy and to 0.9-0.95 mmole/l after chemotherapy on auto liquor, the treatment is considered to be effective.
EFFECT: observable positive clinical dynamics of intracerebral malignant process enabling one to select optimal treatment tactics.
